This resource is located in the town of Ponte da Barca, next to the Jardim dos Poetas (Poets' Garden) and the Ponte da Barca river beach, on the river Lima. The river beach, with its long sandy beach and grassy areas, is very popular with bathers in the summer and is used all year round for sports, particularly nautical activities, which are carried out by specialised local companies. Access to this resource is by land, which is very easy to locate and has good facilities and complementary services.
